  3. National Bank is in the process of pre-qualifying suppliers and service providers.
    We hereby invite applications for prequalification of suppliers for the provision of goods and services for the year 2016. Interested eligible suppliers are invited to apply indicating the code number and category of goods or services they wish to supply.
    The Tender document shall be accompanied by the following Mandatory requirements for preliminary evaluation:-
    1) Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
    2) Current Trade License / Business Permit
    3) Certificates from affiliated regulatory or accrediting bodies/associations (where applicable) e.g (Air ticketing, NCA certificate for construction, among others)
    4) Current Tax Compliance Certificate
    5) Three (3) letters of recommendation from your corporate/major clients
    6) Certified Audited accounts
